ORDER

[Order of the Court was delivered by K.KALYANASUNDARAM, J.] This Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed by the petitioner, seeking a direction to the respondents 1 and 2 to produce his son, namely, Riyaz Khan, aged about 18 years before this Court and set him at liberty.

2. Today, the petitioner and the detenue appeared before this Court through video conferrencing.

3. The detenue would state that he is major and now, he is working in Chennai and he is not willing to go along with his father, the petitioner herein.

4. The statement of the detenu shows that he is not in illegal custody. Hence, the Habeas Corpus Petition is dismissed as devoid of merits.
