Respondents PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. praying to direct the first and second respondents to transfer the investigation of the case in Cr.No.159 of 2016 pending on the file of the third respondent to some other investigating agency, preferably Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) and investigate into the matter in accordance with law and file a final report within the stipulated period as fixed by this Court.

ORDER

It is an application seeking a direction to the first and second respondents to transfer the investigation of the case in Cr.No.159 of 2016 pending on the file of the third respondent to some other investigating agency, preferably Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) and investigate into the matter in accordance with law and file a final report within the stipulated period as fixed by this Court.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the investigation in Cr.No.159 of 2016 has been completed and action has been dropped on 06.06.2016.

3. Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition is closed. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is also closed. The second respondent is directed to furnish a copy of the referred charge sheet notice to the petitioner within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, if not furnished already to the petitioner.
