ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed to conduct enquiry regarding the death of the petitioner's daughter Muthu Selvi on the basis of the petitioner's representation dated 12.02.2024.

2. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents would submit that enquiry has been conducted and report has also been filed. She therefore, prayed for dismissal of this Writ Petition.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the enquiry has not been conducted properly and prayed for appropriate orders.

4. I have given due consideration to the submissions made on either sides.

5. If the petitioner feels that the enquiry has not been conducted properly, he can very well challenge the enquiry report. On the basis of the petitioner's representation, enquiry has been conducted and report has also been filed and hence, no further orders are required to be passed in this Writ Petition.
