O R D E R
The petitioner was granted anticipatory bail in Cr.M.P.No.949 of 2017 by the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Trichirappalli in Cr.No.2 of 2017 on condition that he should report before the respondent police every day for a period of 12 days. The petitioner complied with the condition and thereafter filed an application for relaxation of anticipatory bail condition in Cr.M.P.No.1141 of 2017, in which, the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Trichirappalli has passed an order on 17.04.2017 modifying the condition to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police at 10.00 a.m., on every 15 days on alternative Mondays. Challenging which, the petitioner is before this Court.
2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is the father-in-law of the defacto complainant and he has already complied with the condition to report before the respondent police for a period of 12 days.
3.Taking into consideration the nature of the case, this Court modifying the condition to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police, for interrogation, once in a month in the first working day of the English Calender month at 10.30 a.m., and on other days, if the presence is required, the police shall issue summons to him for appearance during investigation.
