O R D E R

This petition has been filed for a direction to quash the case in Crime No.2 of 2017 against the petitioner. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) for the respondents. 3.It is seen that A3, A4, A5 and A6 in Crime No.2/2017 on the file of the respondent police filed Crl.O.P.(MD) No.3992/2017, in which, this Court has issued certain directions to the respondent police to follow the law laid down by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Arnesh Kumar v. State of Bihar [2014(8) Scale 250]. It is stated that the present petitioner is the actual wife of Shanmugavel (A1) and that the de-facto complainant is his concubine. It is also seen that this case has been registered pursuant to the directions issued by the Judicial Magistrate No.III, Dindigul in Crl.M.P.No.6226/2016 under Section 156(3) Cr.P.

C. Under such circumstances, the directions issued in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.3992/2017 shall also apply to the present petitioner. However, the Deputy Superintendent of Police, is directed to monitor the investigation in Crime No.2 of 2017. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.
