This petition has been filed for transferring the investigation in Crime No.43 of 2020, from the fourth respondent to the first respondent Police.

2.The FIR in Crime No.43 of 2020, on the file of the fourth respondent was registered only on 16.03.2020, since then entire Police force is diverted towards COVID-19 Pandemic and therefore, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

Crl.O.P(MD)No.5759 of 2020 this Court does not find any merits for entertaining this petition at this stage. Since the petitioner has made certain averments in the petition, the third respondent/Deputy Superintendent of Police, Kulithalai Taluk, Karur District, shall monitor the investigation in this case.

3.With the above direction, this criminal original petition is disposed of.
