ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- Petitioners/A2 and A3, who were arrested on 18.02.2016 for offences punishable under Sections 465, 467, 468, 471, 419 and 420 IPC in Cr.No.276 of 2016 on the file of the respondent police, seek bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that petitioners helped A1 to create power of attorney deed as well as another document to grab the property.

3.Learned counsel for petitioners submitted that petitioner has not committed any offence and they have signed in the documents only as witnesses and they are in custody from 26.08.2016. 4.Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submits that petitioners have no previous case.

5.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also the fact that they are in custody from 26.08.2016, this Court is inclined to release the petitioners on bail. Accordingly, petitioners are ordered to be released on bail on each of them executing a bond in a sum of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees ten thousand only) with two sureties each for the like sum to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate III, Tirunelveli and on condition that petitioners shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.00 a.m until further orders.
