2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents would submit that on the complaint given by the petitioner, petition enquiry is pending on the file of the respondent police.

3.Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents police. 4.Considering the above, the fourth respondent police is directed to conduct the enquiry and complete the same, within a period of two weeks, from the date of receipt of a copy of the order.

5.With the above observations and direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
