The wife seeks transfer of IDOP No.30 of 2020, pending on the file of the District Sessions Court, Virudhunagar, Srivilliputhur to the IV Additional District Court, Tirunelveli.

2. Despite service, the respondent/husband is not appearing either in person or through counsel, duly instructed. Vakalat filed by the counsel for the husband was returned on 30.06.2020 and it is seen that the same has not been represented till date. 3.Transfer is sought for only on the ground of convenience of the wife. The wife is a resident of Tirunelveli. 4.Considering the convenience of the wife, I.D.O.P.No.30 of 2020, is withdrawn from the file of the District Sessions Court, Virudhunagar, Srivilliputhur and transferred to the file of IV Additional District Court, Tirunelveli, to be disposed of in accordance with law. The District Sessions Court, Virudhunagar, Srivilliputhur is directed to transmit the papers to IV Additional District Court, Tirunelveli forthwith.
