ORDER
This Petition is filed to condone the delay of 212 days in filing the above Civil Miscellaneous Appeal.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Counsel appearing for the Respondent Nos.1 to 4 and perused the materials placed before this Court.
3. Though notice was served on the Respondent Nos.5 & 6, none appears for the respondent Nos.5 & 6 either in person or through counsel. The respondent Nos.5 & 6 called absent and set exparte.
4. The learned counsel appearing for the respondent Nos.1 to 4 has no objection in allowing this Petition.
5. For the reasons assigned in the accompanying affidavit and on being satisfied with the same, this Petition is ordered and the delay of 212 days in filing the above Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is condoned.
6. Registry is directed to number the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal, if the papers are otherwise in order.
