ORDER

Earlier, notice was ordered in the present application to implead the proposed respondents Nos. 3 to 7. The notice was returned unserved in respect of the brothers of the second respondent, as they were found to have died in the meantime. However, prima facie, since this Court is of the view that the prayer in the Writ Petition itself should be made before the competent Civil Court, there is no necessity to adjourn the matter further for impleadment of the legal heirs of the deceased/proposed respondents. Therefore, this impleading petition is dismissed in view of the nature of the reliefs being granted in the main Writ Petition. .06.2026 (1/2) grs
