ORDER

The present application has been filed by A1 to A3 in Crime No.47 of 2026 on the file of the second respondent police seeking a direction to the District and Sessions Court cum Special Court for PCR Act Cases, Sivagangai District, to accept the surrender of the petitioners and consider their bail application on the same day.

2. Considering the averments in the petition, this Criminal Original Petition stands allowed and a direction is issued as prayed for. The learned District and Sessions Court cum Special Court for PCR Act Cases, Sivagangai District, is directed to consider the application on the same day after giving due opportunity to the defacto complainant.
