ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- Petitioners, who are arrayed as accused, pray for the grant of anticipatory bail under Section 438 of Cr.P.C.

for the offences punishable under Section 498(A) and Section 4 of Dowry Prohibition Act, in Crime No.15 of 2015 on the file of the respondent police. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that earlier this Court granted anticipatory bail to the petitioners in Crl.O.P. (MD)Nos.11673 and 11697 of 2016 on 14.07.2016. The petitioners were unable to arrange for sureties and engage a counsel within time and however, when they complied with the condition with a delay of one day, the application was returned.

3.Heard the Government Advocate (Crl. Side).
