ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioners/A2 & A3, who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 294(b), 323, 324, 506(i), 506(ii) IPC and Section 4 of TNPHW Act in Crime No.9 of 2023, seek anticipatory bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that due to previous enmity, the accused persons have trespassed into the house of the defacto complainant and abused her in filthy language and also attacked her. Hence the case.
3.Heard both sides and perused the materials available in the records.

4.It is seen that it is second petition for anticipatory bail and the first petition was dismissed on 28.02.2023 on the ground that the petitioners have previous cases. There is no change in circumstances. Hence, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners. Accordingly, this criminal original petition is dismissed.
