ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner/sole accused was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 27.02.2017 for the offences punishable under Section 302 IPC in Crime No.49 of 2017 on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent/State.
3. It is seen that the petitioner is said to have killed his own brother with aruval. Though the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there was no pre-meditation, considering the nature of the crime committed by the petitioner and the stage of investigation, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner for the present. Hence, this petition is dismissed.
