This petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to register a case on the basis of the complaint on 06.09.2016.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that on the complaint dated 06.09.2016, given by the petitioner, a case has already been registered in Crime No.744 of 2016, dated 23.09.2016 for offences Woman Missing case. The said statement is recorded.

3. In view of the above statement made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), nothing survives for further adjudication in this petition. Hence, the Criminal Original Petition is closed.
