O R D E R

This Criminal Original petition is filed to direct the respondent to file final report in Crime No.1 of 2016, dated 15.03.2016, pending on the file of the respondent within the stipulated time.

2.As per the earlier direction of this Court, the accused were implicated as parties in the present proceedings and private notice was also served. Despite the petitioners have filed proof of service on the accused, there is no appearance. Earlier a counsel, by name,

Mr. Balaji, undertook to file vakkalat for Respondents 2 to 13 but so far no one has entered appearance in this case. 3.Hence, in such circumstances, having regard to the grievance expressed by the petitioners, this Court is inclined to pass the following directions:

"The first respondent is directed to file a final report in Crime No. 1 of 2016 within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order".

4.With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
