O RDER This petition has been filed seeking quashment of FIR in Crime No.26 of 2021, dated 28.11.2021, on the file of the 1st respondent. 2.It is submitted that since the final report has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Additional Mahila Court, Madurai, and the same was taken cognizance in C.C.No.2101 of 2022. Against which Crl.O.P.(MD).No.10345 of 2023 has been filed before this Court. Hence, the prayer sought for in this petitioner has become infructuous. 3.Accordingly, this criminal original petition stands dismissed as infructuous.
