O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the 3rd respondent to file the final report in Crime No.356 of 2016 within a reasonable time on the file of the Palani Adivaram Police Station.

2.Today, Mr.R.Ravichandren, Special Sub-Inspector of Police, Palani Adivaram Police Station, Thanjavur District, is present before this Court.

3.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondents. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the investigation

in Crime No.356 of 2016 has been completed and charge sheet has been filed on 25.11.2016 before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Palani, but the same has not yet been taken on file.

5. Recording the same, this petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to workout his remedy in the manner known to law.
