ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners, who are arrayed as accused Nos.1 to 3, apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 498 (A) and 406 IPC in Crime No.4 of 2018, on the file of the respondent police, have filed this Criminal Original Petition seeking anticipatory bail. 2.This Court, earlier, suggested the parties to resolve this issue and also referred this matter to the Mediation and Conciliation Centre attached to this bench for amicable settlement. 3.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, Mrs.S.Angelin Christy / defacto complainant is present before this Court. She submitted that the matter has been resolved and she has no objection for quashing the FIR.
