ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- Petitioner, who was arrested on 15.08.2016 for offences punishable under Sections 8(c) r/w 20(b)(ii)(B) of NDPS Act, in Crime No.142 of 2016 on the file of respondent police, seeks bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that on information, the respondent Police conducted a raid and found that the petitioner was found in possession of 10 kgs of Ganja.

3.Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is in custody from 15.08.2016 onwards. 4.Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submits that no previous case is pending against the petitioner. 5.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ Court is inclined to release the petitioner on bail. Accordingly,

the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail on his executing a bond in a sum of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees ten thousand only) with two sureties each for the like sum to the satisfaction of learned Additional District for Principal Special Court for EC & NDPS Act cases, Madurai, and on condition that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.00 a.m for a period of two weeks and thereafter as and when required.
