WHEREAS upon motion this day made unto this Court by MR.S.Karthick Subramanian, Advocate for the petitioner praying this Court to issue a Writ of Habeas Corpus, to call for the records relating to the Detention order passed by the 2nd Respondent in P.D.No.88/2016, dated 27.12.2016 and quash the same and direct the Respondents to produce the body or person of the Detenue namely Dinesh, S/o Mani aged about 24 years (now detained at Central Prison, Playamkottai) before this Hon'ble Court and set him at liberty.
