PETITION FOR BAIL Under Sec.439 of Cr.P.C.
PRAYER :- For bail in Cr.No.154 of 2019 on the file of the respondent police.
ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- This petition has been filed seeking interim bail to the petitioner for the alleged offence under Sections 4[1-A] and 4[1-i] of TNP Act.
2. The petitioner who has been arrested on 09.06.2019 in Crime No.154 of 2019, on the file of the respondent police, is now confined at Central Prison, Madurai.
3. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner's father-in-law died yesterday i.e 17.06.2019 at about 11.00 p.m. Hence, the petitioner and his wife, as per the Hindu custom, has to perform last rituals to his father-in-law.
4. As per procedure, at first, the petitioner has to move the Sessions Court and thereafter, he has to move this Court. In this case, considering the urgency, moving of the Lower Court for bail is dispensed with and the petitioner is permitted to move the bail application before this Court without the order copy of the lower Court.

5.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police has submitted that considering the urgency, the petitioner may be granted interim bail.
6.Considering the urgency, this Court is inclined to grant interim bail to the petitioner with the following conditions:- (i)The Superintendent of Central Prison, Madurai is directed to release the petitioner by name Sevarkodiyan S/o. Maluventhi on bail on executing a bond by the petitioner for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) with two sureties each for a likesum to the satisfaction of the Superintendent of Central Prison, Madurai. (ii)The petitioner shall surrender before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Melur on 25.06.2019.
(iii)The petitioner shall be of good behavior and shall not commit any offence during his leave.
