O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to call for the records pertaining to the First Information Report in Crime No.288 of 2016 dated 30.06.2016 on the file of the Respondent No.1 and quash the same.

2. Mr.P.Maharajan, Sub-Inspector of Police, Alanganallur Police Station is present. When the matter was taken up for hearing, on instructions,learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the investigation in Crime No.288 of 2016 was completed and a charge sheet has been filed on 01.12.2016 before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Vadipatti, but the same has not been taken on file.

3. Recording the same, this petition is closed with further direction to the learned Judicial Magistrate, Vadipatti to pass appropriate orders in the charge sheet in Crime No.288 of 2016 expeditiously, if not already passed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
