2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions imposed by this Court and he prays for relaxation of the said condition.
3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions regularly. Further, the investigation is pending.

Taking into consideration the fact that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly, this Court is inclined to relax the condition imposed against the petitioner in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.2176 of 2026 dated 04.02.2026.
