ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- Petitioners / A1 & A2, who were arrested on 26.08.2016 for offences punishable under Sections 452, 294(b), 323, 324, 506(ii) and 307 IPC in Crime No.271 of 2016 on the file of respondent police, seeks bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that due to land dispute, the petitioners assaulted the de facto complainant with Aruval. 3.Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submits that injured person is taking treatment in a private hospital as inpatient. 4.Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that injured person has already been discharged from the Government Hospital and now admitted in a private hospital.

5.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to release the petitioners on bail. Accordingly, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ the petitioners are ordered to be released on bail on executing a

bond in a sum of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees ten thousand only) with two sureties each for the like sum to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, Sivagiri, and on condition that the petitioners shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.00 a.m until further orders.
