ORDER:- This Civil Miscellaneous Appeal coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the earlier order of this Court and letter in D.No.582 dated 31.08.2021 received from III Additional District Judge, Tiruchirappalli, seeking further six months time to dispose the suit, and this Court made the following order: The matter is posted today under the caption "for extension of time".

2. It is seen from the records that this Court vide order dated 01.10.2020 has directed the trial Court to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.10 of 2015, within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.

3. The learned III Additional District Judge, Tiruchirappalli has submitted a requisition letter, dated 31.08.2021 seeking extension of time stating that the above case could not be disposed due to https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

Covid - 19 Lock down and also the suit in O.S.No.10 of 2015 is pending.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances and also considering the reasons assigned, this Court is inclined to extend the time as sought for by the trial Court. Accordingly, six months time granted to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.10 of 2015, from today and no further extension will be granted in future.
