This petition has been filed, seeking to direct the respondents not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) submitted that petitioner was called only for enquiry in respect of a petition given by one Kasirajan pending against him and that the respondent Police did not cause any harassment to the petitioner. He further submitted that the said Kasirajan has filed the Crl.O.P (MD)No.17465 of 2016 for registration of the complaint against the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

petitioner and the same was ordered by this Court. However, he gave an undertaking that if at all the presence of the petitioner is required, the respondent would call the petitioner for enquiry only after issuing summons giving specific date, time and place.
