ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed by the petitioner to direct the respondents to give permission and police protection for conducting Aadalum Paadalum Dance Programme on 10.05.2018 respectively in pursuance to the festival of Arulmigu Sri Bagavathiyamman and Mandu Karuppu Temple situated at Mettupalayam, Trichy District on the basis of the petitioner's representation dated 05.05.2018.

2.Heard Mr.K.Arunraj, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.VPM.Vaishnavi, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents.

3.The petitioner wants to conduct Adal Padal Programme on 10.05.2018. He had given a representation in this regard on 05.05.2018.

4.The second respondent is directed to grant permission to the petitioner to conduct the said event in question. It is open to the second respondent to incorporate appropriate conditions to ensure https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

the smooth conduct of the programme. It is made clear that the programme shall conclude by 10.00 p.m. The second respondent, while stipulating conditions, shall also ensure that law and order is maintained and that there is no obscenity in the name of conducting the programme.

5.With the above directions, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
