ORDER

The learned counsel for the respondent produced the order copy of MC.No.66 of 2011. The learned counsel for the petitioner also submitted that CRL.R.C filed against the said order and the said order was dismissed by this Court. Hence, he seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.

2. In view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the Transfer CMP is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous is closed.
