ORDER

This petition is filed to punish the respondent herein for her wilful disobedience of the order passed by this Court, in CRL.OP. (MD).No.15372 of 2022, dated 26.08.2022.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent would submit that the order of this Court has been complied with and the final report was filed before the concerned Court and the memo has been issued to rectify some defects.

3. In view of the said submission nothing survives for adjudication in this petition. Accordingly, this Contempt Petition is closed.
