ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking a direction to the respondent to file the final report in Cr.No.216 of 2016 within a stipulated time. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondent. 3.Perusal of the documents filed in support of this petition shows that the F.I.R has been registered only on 26.03.2016. Hence, this Court is not inclined to give a direction as sought for by the petitioner. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as premature.
