ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed for issuance of Mandamus, directing the first respondent to instruct the second respondent to take action on the petitioner's complaint, dated 22.03.2022.
2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that based on the complaint lodged by the petitioner dated 22.03.2022, the respondent police conducted enquiry and the same was closed on 30.03.2022.
3. In view of the above submission, this Writ Petition is dismissed. No costs.
