This petition has been filed, seeking to direct the second respondent police not to interfere in the civil dispute and not to harass the petitioner and his family members under the guise of enquiry without due process of law on the basis of the petitioner's representation dated 21.09.2016. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. 3. According to the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), based on the compromise entered between both parties, the complaint has been closed. He has further submitted that since the complaint has already been closed, there is no scope for harassment at all.
