O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the Inspector of Police, Paramakudi Town Police Station, Ramanathapuram District not to harass the petitioner under the garb of conducting an enquiry into the complaint given by the 2nd respondent.

2. Today, Mr.M.Nagarajan, Special Sub Inspector of Police, Paramakudi Town Police Station, Ramanathapuram District is present before this Court.

3. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the first respondent.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), on instructions, submitted that on the complaint given by one Vellaisamy, petition enquiry is pending against the petitioner. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

5. The petitioner is directed to participate in the enquiry and during enquiry, he shall not be harassed. During the course of

enquiry, if any cognizable offence is made out, the first respondent is free to register an FIR and this order shall not be a shield for the petitioner against arrest.
