This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 109 days in filing the appeal against the order made in MCOP.No.990 of 2022 dated 12.08.2025, on the file of the learned III Additional District Judge to deal with MCOP Cases, Tirunelveli.

2. Mr.A.Arunramnath, learned counsel takes notice for respondent Nos.1 and 2. Respondent No.3 remained exparte before the Tribunal and hence, notice is dispensed with.

3. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing for respondent Nos.1 and 2.

4. Considering the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, this petition is allowed and delay is condoned.

5. Registry is directed to print the name of Mr.A.Arunramnath, for respondent Nos.1 and 2, while listing the appeal for admission.
