This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking modification of the conditions imposed in Cr.M.P.No.2782 of 2016 by learned Additional District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Manamadurai on 23.08.2016 in respect of producing two blood relative sureties.

2.Learned counsel for petitioner submits that petitioners were granted bail on 23.08.2016 on condition that they shall execute a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- with two blood relative sureties for a likesum. Since petitioners belong to Rajasthan and Bihar State and they have no blood relatives in Tamilnadu, they could not avail the bail granted on 23.08.2016. modification of the bail conditions.

3.Heard learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) on the said submissions.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances, the conditions imposed by the Court below is modified to the effect that petitioners shall execute a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- and instead of two blood relative sureties each of the petitioners are directed to deposit Rs.10,000/- to the credit of Crime No.193 of 2016 before learned Additional District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Manamadurai. The said deposit is subject to the outcome of the said criminal case.
