(Judgment of the Court was delivered by P.VELMURUGAN, J.) When the appeal came up for hearing on last occasion, i.e., on 05.09.2024, the learned counsel appearing for the appellant sought for an adjournment to argue the matter. Hence, the appeal was directed to be listed on 16.10.2024.

2. However, today when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the appellant seeks further adjournment. Despite giving sufficient opportunity, the learned counsel for the appellant has not come forward to prosecute the appeal.
