This petition has been filed, seeking to direct the respondents to register an FIR on the basis of the complaint dated 19.08.2016 and investigate the matter as per law and file an appropriate case before competent court, frame charges and report within such a time as fixed by this Court.

2. Heard learned counsel appearing for petitioner and learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) appearing for the respondents.

3. According to the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), based on the complaint preferred by the petitioner against the proposed accused, enquiry has been conducted and it has been subsequently closed.

4. In view of the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), this Criminal Original Petition is closed. The second respondent is directed to furnish a copy of the closure report to the petitioner within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, if not already given. On receipt of the same, it is open to the petitioner to work out his remedy before the appropriate forum in accordance with law.
