Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 3. Considering the nature of relief to be granted, issuance of notice to the fourth respondent is dispensed with.

2.The petitioner has given a representation dated 18.02.2023 demanding initiation of action against the fourth respondent. The fourth respondent is a Sub Inspector of Police. Whether to take action against the fourth respondent departmentally or not should be left to the wisdom of the competent authority. It is not for this Court to issue any positive direction. 2/4
