ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/A2, who is facing trial for the offence punishable under Sections 8(c) r/w 20(b)(ii)(C) of NDPS Act in C.C.No.1128 of 2022 on the file of the learned Principal Special Court of NDPS Act Cases, Madurai in Crime No.208 of 2022 on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner along with other accused were found in illegal possession of 22kgs of Ganja, which is a commercial quantity. Hence, the case. 3.This Court had already dismissed the petitioner's bail applications in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.18294 of 2022 and 22543 of 2022, dated 04.11.2022 and 02.02.2023 and also directed the trial Court to complete the trial proceedings as expeditiously as possible https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis 1/2

CRL OP(MD). No.5189 of 2023 preferably within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of that order.
