ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- Petitioner, who was arrested on 01.08.2016 for offences punishable under Section 302 IPC in Crime No.403 of 2016 on the file of respondent police, seeks bail.

2.On 27.07.2016 one Marimuthu @ Muthusamy was found dead in the agricultural land of Palanivel. On investigation, A1 was arrested and based on his confession, the petitioner was arrayed as accused. 3.Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is in custody from 01.08.2016 onwards. 4.Heard the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side). 5.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to release the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail on his executing a bond in a sum of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees ten thousand only) with two

sureties each for the like sum to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, Oddanchathiram, and on condition that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.00 a.m.
