This petition has been filed for a direction to the first respondent to direct the third respondent, not to harass the petitioner based upon the representation sent by the petitioner dated 01.06.2020.

Crl.O.P(MD)No.5780 of 2020 complaint against the petitioner and the same was treated as petition enquiry. After going through the contents of the petition, it has been found that the petition is civil in nature and therefore, the said petition was also closed by the respondent police, as it is civil in nature.

3.Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this criminal original petition is closed, as no further order is required to be passed.
