ORDER

This contempt case is filed complaining the wilful disobedience of the order dated 01.08.2024 in W.P.(MD) No.18344 of 2024. 2.While disposing of the said writ petition, this Court directed the third respondent therein to consider the representation dated 25.07.2024 of the petitioner and pass appropriate orders on its own merits and in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of that order.

3.The learned standing counsel for the respondent submits that on receipt of the order of the Court, the respondent considered the representation of the petitioner dated 25.07.2024, passed orders on 08.10.2024, sent it to the petitioner by Registered Post and it was delivered on him on 16.10.2024.

4.In view of the above factual position, in my considered view, there is no wilful disobedience on the part of the respondent in complying with the order of this Court.
