JUDGMENT
[Judgment of the Court was delivered by J.NISHA BANU, J.] This Writ Appeal is directed against the order of this Court dated 20.01.2025 made in W.P.(MD)No.666 of 2025.
2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, it is agreed by the learned counsel for the appellant that the petitioner shall vacate the premises within a period of eight months.
3.In view of the above, the appellant is directed to vacate the premises within a period of eight months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Till such time, the appellant shall continue to pay the rent. As far as the increased rent is concerned, the cases in R.C.O.P.Nos.23 and 31 of 2019 are pending before the District Munsif Cum Judicial Magistrate Court, Srirangam. Therefore, the learned District Munsif Cum Judicial Magistrate, Srirangam is directed to conclude the said proceedings within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
