Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court To issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records on the files of the 2nd Respondent pertaining to its order in Na.Ka.No.3234/Aa2/12 dated 11.09.2012 and quash the same and consequently direct the respondents 1 to 3 to approve the appointment of the petitioner as Secondary Grade Assistant at the 4th respondent school from the date of appointment that is on 10.03.2010 with all other attendant benefits.

2.When the matter came up for admission, Mr.VR.Shanmuganathan, learned Special Government Pleader has fairly submitted that the issue is covered by a common Judgment in W.A.(MD)Nos.639 to 642 of 2015 etc. batach, dated 17.06.2015. 3.Submission of the learned Special Government Pleader is placed on record.

4.Recording the submission and in the light of Judgment passed in W.A.(MD)Nos.639 to 642 of 2015 etc., batch, this writ Appeal is dismissed. No costs.

Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is also dismissed.
