For Respondent : Mr.M.Muthumanikkam, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Sec.438 of Cr.P.C. PRAYER :- For Anticipatory Bail in Crime No. 89 of 2022 on the file of the Respondent police.
ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioners/Accused, who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 294 (b), 323, 343, 313, 506(i) IPC and Section 4 of TNPHW Act, in Crime No.89 of 2022, seek anticipatory bail.
2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner and the defacto complainant were in love, that the marriage was solemnized without the consent of their parents, thereafter, they were living separately, that subsequently, the defacto complainant came to know that her husband/A1 is doing illegal activities and he cheated the persons that he will arrange job in foreign country, therefore, there arose some wordy quarrel between them, due to which petitioners threatened the defacto complainant with dire consequences. Hence, the complaint.
3.The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners are innocents and they have not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution.

CRL OP(MD). No.6481 of 2022 4.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the State would submit that the first accused is still in custody and that the petitioners are parents of the first accused and that the investigation is pending.
5.Considering the seriousness and gravity of the offence allegedly committed by the petitioners and also the fact that the investigation is pending, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners at that point of time.
