O R D E R

This petition has been filed praying to direct the first respondent herein to initiate appropriate action U/s.133 Cr.P.C., on the basis of the petitioner's Representation dated 01.08.2016 and complete the same within time limit as fixed by this Court. 2.Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) for respondents. 3.The petitioner has made representations to the respondent No.1 stating that the encroachments made by various persons in Ward No.47, Ponmalai Kottam, Trichy, is causing nuisance. On the ground that no action has been taken on the petitioner's representation, dated 01.08.2016, the petitioner has come forward with this petition.

4.Taking note of the pendency of the representation of the petitioner, this Court without going into merits of the claim made by the petitioner, directs the first respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 01.08.2016, and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
