ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by D. KRISHNAKUMAR, J.) The petitioner has filed this Public Interest Litigation seeking for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to construct the Anganwadi Centre and Fair Price Shop in the Poromboke land in S.No.13 situated at Seerathakudi Village under the Scheme of 'Anaithu Grama Anna Marumalarchi Thittam - II 2024 - 25', by considering the representation, dated 01.03.2024 sent to the respondents on behalf of the Seerathakudi Village, within a stipulated period.
2. When the writ petition is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents, has produced the proceedings of the third respondent, dated 28.02.2024, and stated that already orders have been issued to construct an Anganwadi Centre at Seerathakudi Village.
3. We have heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials placed before us.

A perusal of the representation made by the village people of the petitioner shows that they have made the said representation insisting the authorities to construct an Anganwadi Centre and a Fair Price Shop in Survey No.13 of the said village. We are of the view that such a request cannot be considered. These are all administrative decision of the respondents and this Court cannot interfere with the said decision. As there is no public interest involved, we are not inclined to entertain this writ petition and the same is liable to be dismissed.
5. In the result, this writ petition is dismissed. No Costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. [D.K.K.,J.] [R.V.,J.] 19.03.2024 NCC : Yes / No Index : Yes / No PM 3/5
