Heard the learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the official respondents.

2. The petitioner and the fifth respondent are locked in litigation. O.S.No.50 of 2022 is pending on the file of the Additional District Court, Ramanathapuram.

3. The relief sought for in this writ petition cannot be granted by the writ Court. The petitioner has to necessarily avail certain reliefs only before the trial Court. The petitioner is at liberty to file an IA in the pending suit. The registering authority can be made as respondents in the IA and not as defendants in the main suit. As and when such an IA is filed, it shall be numbered immediately and disposed of as expeditiously as possible.
